    Hi, Joe! Thanks for the kind words about my article.

    I’ve discovered something by observing overweight people, particularly my parents: we either make time to be healthy, or we inevitably make time to be sick. Right now, my folks spend ridiculous amounts of time – many hours a week – driving to and from doctors, waiting in waiting rooms, doing blood tests, waiting at the pharmacy, taking medicine, and doing other sick-related activities. We won’t even get into the amount of money they spend on all that stuff!

    Chances are if you watch TV, you have time to keep healthy. Let me know if I can help! Be well!
