Hey Mad,
Thank you for participating so often.
Answer: I don't know. I haven't been getting any notifications for Either of my Carnivals. Submissions seem to be showing up, just not the e-mail to tell me they are there.
I also sent an e-mail to the Carnival Site without a response (so far). I need the notifications just to keep up with the number of articles I have to review for Both of my Carnivals.
I'll let everyone know if there are any updates from BlogCarnival.com

Thanks for including me!

Question: Have you received any fresh submissions for the next edition of this carnival? I ask because I suspect blogcarnival.com is malfunctioning with respect to submissions. The form works fine and you hit submit and it appears to submit your post. But confirmation emails never arrive.

I've submitted to a few carnivals during the last few days and my submissions seem to have gone into the ether. And I know of someone else who's having the same problem.

I notified the site owner a couple of days ago via site email, but I haven't heard anything and don't even know if he got it.
