Baby Boomers Brands: A Sniff Down Memory Lane by Val Brown… Val takes a walk down a drugstore aisle that brings back some childhood memories, good and not so good. I can identify with the Noxema and the sunburn, but I never used Prell myself.

Busting myths about baby boomers by Diego Vasquez… Do you see the target on your back? The Media is starting to catch on to the fact that we are not all old fogies who are technophobes. Watch out!

Pass The Damn Baton Already! – Jeesh! by Duo Files… Here is a nice whiney, blame the Boomers for all their troubles piece by a couple of GenX’ers or Y’ers or whatever. At least it is not another Boomer blaming us for all the problems in the world.

Kids, stop moaning and just leave the baby-boomers alone by Catherine Bennett… I read this piece AFTER I read that last bashing. I agree with Catherine, just because some things happened when they did, it doesn’t mean WE caused it.

Baby Boomers slow to embrace online videos by Paul Brand… I guess this depends on who you ask. Paul has statistics showing this result, but in last weeks poll asking if I should have videos on Baby Boomers Blog, 90% said “yes” and 10% said “it depends’. So, I guess it depends on who you ask.

Baby boomer? Moi? by Darby Patterson… Does being a Baby Boomer automatically equate to being a dottering old fool as most older adults are portrayed in TV and Main Stream Media? I think not and neither it seems does Darby Patterson.

Baby Boomers Lose a Friend… Art Linkletter Remembered by Phil McMillian… One Baby Boomer’s thoughts and rememberances of the beloved Art Linkletter who hosted one of my favorite shows growing up, “Kids Say the Darndest Things”. There is also a link to a Video of a Tribute by Bill Cosby on a later version of his short lived version of the show of the same name.

Retirement Survival Guide: Retirement communities changing to offer Baby Boomers more choices by Ryan Carter… I watch a Brit-com on Saturday nights called “Waiting for God” where the principals live in an Old Folks Home called Bayview. It’s funny, but Bayview would not be acceptable to Baby Boomers and “Retirement Communities” are changing to fit US. (I still plan on dying at home, but that’s just me).
